摘　　要：面对严峻的就业形势和高校就业指导与服务工作中存在的诸多问题,必须要构建完善、高效的就业指导与服务体系。职能下放、重心下移是当前高校就业指导与服务工作亟需解决的问题。在高校一级就业指导与服务体系之下,构建完善的院级就业指导与服务体系是解决高校学生就业问题必须要进行的探索与实践。Facing with the severe employment situation and universities' careers guidance and service existing problems in the work, it must be to build perfect and high efficiency of the employment guidance and service system. Function downing, focus moving is the current universities employment instruction and service problem need to be solved. Under the top level college employment guidance and service system, constructing perfect employment guidance and services system of the college is to solve the employment problem, which students have to conduct of exploration and practice.
