摘  要:针对现代农业生产中的农机防盗问题,设计了一种新型高性能低费用报警锁定系统。以MSP430微处理器为核心并基于嵌入式开发技术设计了系统硬件,采用中断控制机制并基于Embedded C51编程实现了系统软件。系统能通过高精度霍尔传感器探测非法入侵,并基于晶体管输出型光电耦合器驱动电磁阀进行农机锁定,同时通过GSM模块TC35I实现向用户的SMS远程短信息报警。试用和测试情况表明,本系统性能的平均精度高达99.7%,遭遇盗窃时的平均锁定时间仅为1.83s,平均报警时间仅为3.57s。系统具有反应迅速、性能可靠和功耗低等优点,并且成本和使用费用低廉、易于被用户采用,具有较高的实用和推广价值。In order to solve the agricultural security issues in modern agricultural production, a high performance of new cheap alarm lock system is designed. Based on MSP430 and embedded development technology, the system hardware is designed with using interrupt control mechanism and system software programming of Embedded C51. Adopt the high precision hall sensor to detect the illegal invasion to lock the agricultural machine. Use the GSM module TC35I to realize the SMS-message based remote alarm. Testing results show that the average accuracy of the system performance is up to 99.7%, the average time to lock against theft is only 1.83 seconds; the average alarm time is only 3.57 seconds. The system has the advantages of quick response, reliable performance, low power and cost, easy to be adopted. It has high practical value and promote.
