慢性萎缩性胃炎与表皮生长因子及其受体相关性的中医药研究概况

摘　　要：表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体是参与胃黏膜自身防御-修复的重要因素,两者对胃黏膜细胞的生长、增殖与分化具有重要影响,与慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的黏膜萎缩有着密切联系。近年来中医药针对CAG与EGF及其受体的治疗开展了广泛的研究。该文就EGF及其受体的结构、功能以及与中医药治疗CAG的相关性予以综述。Epidermal growth factor（EGF）and its receptor are important factors involved in gastric mucosa＇s defense-repair system, which has important influence on the growth, proliferation and differentiation of gastric mucosal ceils, and is closely related with antral mucosa of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. In this respect, a lot of research on treatment for CAG with EGF and its receptor has been done by traditional Chinese medi- cine. Here is to make a review of the structure, function of EGF and its receptor and their correlation with the TCM treatment of CAG.
