摘　　要：放射治疗(放疗)在食管癌的辅助治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用,通过术前或术后放疗缩小肿瘤体积和(或)使肿瘤降级,使得本来不能手术的患者能够享有手术治疗的机会,然而相同分期、相同病理类型的食管癌患者放疗后预后却有很大差异,对食管癌放疗敏感性相关的分子标志物的研究则有利于预测食管癌放疗疗效,为患者制订合理有效的治疗方案。Radiation therapy plays an important role in the auxiliary treatment for esophageal cancer. The benefits behind the preoperative or postoperative radiotherapy are to improve the resectability of the tumor by tumor shrinkage or downstaging. However, patients with the same pathological type and the same clinical stage show a significantly different survival benefit after radiotherapy. Therefore, molecular marker studies related to radiosensitivity will be helpful for predicting the prognosis and making an optimal management plan.
