摘  要:常通过对藻类某些生理生化指标的测定,甄别水体的营养状态。实验以小球藻(Chlorella sp.)和铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)为对象,研究它们在不同磷浓度下藻细胞480 nm和665 nm吸光度的比值(OD480/665)、光系统Ⅱ的最大光化学效率(F v/Fm)、碱性磷酸酶活性(APA)等的响应及其作为营养状态指标的可能性进行了探讨。结果发现磷浓度与小球藻OD480/665负相关;而铜绿微囊藻OD480/665值与磷浓度相关性不明显。P缺乏能导致小球藻和微囊藻F v/Fm降低。小球藻产生的APA与培养基中磷含量负相关,而铜绿微囊藻产生碱性磷酸酶的量与培养基中磷含量关系并不明显。研究结果表明OD480/665、Fv/Fm、APA可以反映小球藻磷限制情况,不能反映铜绿微囊藻磷限制情况;藻类生理生化指标对磷的响应与种类有关,用来指示营养限制情况时需谨慎。Nutritional status of water body was screened often through the determination of some physiological and biochemical indices of algae. In this experiment, with Chlorella sp. and Microcystis aeruginosa as object, the possibility of nutritional status indicators such as absorbance ratio of algal cells at 480 nm and 665 nm(OD480/665) in different phosphorus concentrations, maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) of photosystem Ⅱ and alkaline phosphatase activity(APA)response were studied. Results found that the phosphorus concentration was negative to Chlorella OD480/665, while correlation of M. aeruginosa OD480/665value and phosphorus concentration was not obvious. Phosphorus deficiency could lead to lower Chlorella sp. and M. aeruginosa Fv/Fm. Chlorella sp. APA was negatively correlated with medium phosphorus content while alkaline phosphatase produced by M. aeruginosa was not obvious correlated with medium phosphorus content. Results showed that OD480/665, Fv/Fm and APA can reflect the phosphorus limitation of Chlorella while not for M. aeruginosa. As algae physiological and biochemical indices is response to phosphorus types, its use to indicate the nutrient limitation need to be cautious.
