肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者血尿酸水平分析

摘　　要：目的研究肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)同具有抗氧化作用的尿酸之间的关系。方法选择我院住院的45例ALS患者为ALS组,并以同期年龄相仿、饮食结构大致相同的48例健康体检者作为对照组,分别检测其血尿酸水平。结果 ALS组血尿酸水平(227.47±60.97)μmol/L较正常对照组血尿酸水平(286.85±62.59)μmol/L明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ALS患者血尿酸减低,可能和患者氧化应激水平相关;至于尿酸水平是否和病情的严重程度、进展速度和预后相关有待进一步研究。Objective To explore the relation of the plasma uric acid which has the effect of anti oxidative in patients with ALS. Methods Forty five patients were recruited in ALS group and 48 in the control group who had the same age, diet structure as ALS group. Results The level of ALS （227.47 ± 60.97 ） μmol/L was significantly lower than that of the control （ 286.85 ±62.59 ） μmol/L （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There is lower level of plasma uric acid in patients with ALS. It needs further research whether the level of uric acid is re lated to the severity, speed of progress, prognosis, and gene type in ALS.
