5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合微波治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用联合微波治疗肛周尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效。方法对照组仅用微波治疗,治疗组微波去除疣体后外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏。结果治疗组治愈率81.08%,复发率18.92%;对照组治愈率65.71%,复发率34.29%,两组的差异有统计学意义。结论 5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合微波治疗肛周CA有较好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 5% imiquimod cream combined with microwave in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods The patients in control group were respectively treated with the single microwave,other patients in treatment group were treated with the 5% imiquimod cream combined with microwave.Results The recovery rates in treatment group were 81.08%,and the recurrent rates were 18.92%,The recovery rates in control group were 65.71% and the recurrent rates were34.29%.There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion 5% imiquimod cream combined with microwave in treatment of CA has good clinical reasult.
