精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的分析

摘　　要：目的检测精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,HCY)水平,并探讨其与精神分裂症的关系。方法采用循环酶法检测100例精神分裂症患者治疗前、治疗后(患者组)和98例健康正常人(对照组)的血清同型半胱氨酸水平。比较治疗前、治疗后HCY水平变化。结果精神分裂症患者组血清HCY水平治疗前男性为(23.18±9.26)μmol/L,女性为(20.87±9.87)μmol/L。男性患者HCY水平高于女性患者,两者组间差异有显着性(P<0.05)。治疗后男性为(21.84±9.67)μmol/L,女性为(20.11±10.16)μmol/L。与治疗前比较无显著差别(P>0.05)。健康正常人对照组男性为(13.16±8.13)μmol/L,女性为(12.31±8.22)μmol/L。精神分裂症患者组血清HCY水平治疗前及治疗后均显着高于健康对照组,检测结果有统计学意义(P<0.01),精神分裂症患者的高同型半胱氨酸血症的发生率为39%,显着高于正常对照组11%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者血清HCY水平明显升高。抗精神病药物不能降低患者HCY水平。Objective To observat the serum homocysteine level of schizophrenia patients, and discuss the relationship between homocysteine and cure of schizophrenia. Methods Test 100 Schizophrenia patients＇ serum homocysteine before and after crue by cyclic enzymatic,then test 98 healthy people＇s serum homocysteine,compare the patients＇ serum homocysteine with the health. Results The mean concentration of serum Hcy in male patients with schizophrenia is （23.18±9.26）μmol/L, and that in female patients with schizophrenia is （20.87±9.87） μmol/L. The levels of serum Hcy in male patients was higher than in female patients （P〈0.05）.The mean concentration of serum Hcy were （21.84±9.67）μmol/L in male schizophrenia patients with normal treatment and （20.11 ±10.16）μmol/L in female patients,no significant change compared with before treatment （P〉0.05）.the mean concentration of serum Hcy in healthy subjects were （13.16±8.13） μmol/L in male patients,and （12.31±8.22）μmol/L in male patients. The levels of serum Hcy in schizophrenia patients before and after treatment were higher than in healthy subjeets（P〈0.01）the hyperhomocystinemia rate in schizophrenia patients is 39%,which is significantly higher than that in healthy subjects（11%）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The levels of serum Hcy in schizophrenia patients were higher than healthy subjects, antipsychotic drug can＇t reduce the serum Hcy level.
