摘　　要：本文依据省域副中心城市的发展前景和中心城市的经验，分析和研究了其外语培训产业的现状和问题，提出了监管，政策，师资，市场，经营和高校参与等方面的发展对策。This paper mainly analyzed the current situation of provincial sub-centers according to their future and center cities’ experience,and brought forward countermeasures including supervision, policy, teachers, market, operation and college involvement.
