摘  要:学龄人口的减少使义务教育阶段小规模班级大量出现,提升小规模班级教学质量成为促进义务教育质量提升的重要内容。与欧美发达国家小规模班级教学的经验相比,我国小规模班级教学总体处于"小而不精"的状态,要使得我国小规模班级教学由"小而不精"走向"小而精",教育主管部门、社区、学校以及教师等相关主体需要进行积极、有效的合作。The decline in the number of school-age population has resulted in the appearance of a large number of small-scale classes in the period of compulsory education in our country. So it has become the important content of promot- ing the compulsory education to improve the quality of small-scale class teaching. Small-scale class teaching in our county is generally in the "small but not excellent" state compared with the experiences of small-scale class teaching in the devel- oped countries in Europe and US. The educational departments, communities, schools and teachers should cooperate ac- tively and organically in order to transform the small-scale class teaching from "small but not excellent" to "small but ex- cellent" in our country.
