基质金属蛋白酶．7在结直肠癌中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）在结直肠癌癌组织及癌旁正常结直肠组织中的表达及其与结直肠癌浸润转移、分化、分期的关系。方法用免疫组织化学的方法检测MMP-7在30例正常结直肠组织和130例结直肠癌组织中的表达，并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果结直肠癌组织中MMP-7的阳性表达率为75．4％（98／130），而正常结直肠组织中仅有2例MMP-7弱表达；在结直肠癌组织中MMP-7的阳性表达在浸润深度、Dukes分期、肿瘤直径中差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论MMP-7基因的高表达与结直肠癌的浸润深度、肿瘤直径和临床分期相关，可能成为结直肠癌恶性行为的生物学标志物。Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 （MMP-7）in colorec- tal carcinoma and normal mucous tissues and explore the relationship among MMP-7 expression,invasion, metastasis, differentiation and staging. Methods The MMP-7 expression was immunohistochemically ex- amined in 130 coloreetal cancer and 30 normal mucous tissues. Then,the relationship between the expres- sion of MMP-7 and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The MMP-7 positive rate in color- ectal cancer was 75.4% （98/130） , otherwise,in the normal mucous tissues,weak MMP-7 expression was only detected in two samples. The MMP-7 expression was significantly related with the Dukes stages,inva- sion depth and tumor diameter （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The high expression of MMP-7 in colorectal cancer is correlated to the invasion depth, tumor diameter and clinical staging. It may be a useful marker for the biological aggressiveness of colorectal cancer.
