摘　　要：解决中小企业融资难的途径在于融资渠道的多样化。股权融资是资本市场发达国家极为重要的融资渠道,而在我国各省(特别是陕西省),大多数中小企业的融资渠道仍主要依赖于银行贷款。在对陕西省中小企业股权融资的现状进行细致分析的基础上,从产业化和城市化角度提出解决陕西省中小企业股权融资的对策。To solve the difficulties of SMEs＇ financing is financing is the most important financing channel in developed to realize the diversification of financing channels. Equity countries. But in all provinces in China （especially Shaanxi Province）, most of SMEs are dependent on bank loan. On the basis of a detailed analysis on the status quo of SMEs＇ equity financing in Shaanxi Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for solving the equity financing of SMEs in Shaanxi Province from the angles of industrialization and urbanization.
