银杏叶片对男性长期住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶片对男性长期住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状与社会功能的影响。方法将120例男性长期住院精神分裂症患者，随机分为两组，均以利培酮治疗，研究组配合银杏叶片治疗，疗程12周，以阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、个人和社会功能量表（PSP）在治疗前后评定患者的精神症状及社会功能。结果治疗结束后，两组患者临床疗效差异无统计学意义（x^2=0．07，P〉0．05）。研究组的阴性症状明显改善，差异有统计学意义（t=2．54，P=0．01）。研究组治疗后社会功能比治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（t=-5．64，P=0．00），对照组PSP总分增高，但差异无统计学意义（t=-1．50，P=0．14）。结论银杏叶片与抗精神病药物合用能够改善长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状，能提高患者的个人与社会功能。Objective To discuss the influence of the ginkgo tablet on the negative symptoms and social functions of long--term hospitalized male schizophrene. Methods To divide 120 long--term hospi- talized male schizophrene into two random teams. Treated them all with risperidone, while added the ginkgo tablet to the study group for 12 weeks. To evaluate the mental symptom and social function of the patients before and after the treatment through PANSS and PSP. Results There is no distinguished differences between the clinical curative effect of the two teams （X2 = 0.07,P 〉 0.05）. The negative symptoms of the study group get significant improvement. The difference was statistically significant （t =2.54, P = 0.01）, while the negative symptoms of the comparative group had no obvious improvement （t = 1.69,P = 0.09）. The social function of the study group improved significantly after the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （t = 5.64,P = 0.00）. The comparative group got higher PSP grade, while the difference was not statistically significant （t =-1.50, P = 0.14）. Conclusions The combination of the ginkgo leaf with the antipsychotic drugs could improve the negative symptoms of the long--term hospitalized schizophrene, as well as to improve their social and self--functions.
