平阳霉素治疗舌下腺囊肿术后复发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察平阳霉素加地塞米松混合液行舌下腺囊肿术后复发囊腔注射治疗的疗效.方法 对本院2002～2012年以来诊治舌下腺囊肿术后复发患者25例及行囊肿内注射平阳霉素加地塞米混合液治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析.结果 随访6个月至2年,治愈率为96％,总有效率100％.结论 平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗舌下腺囊肿术后复发,临床效果满意,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,解除了患者再次手术所带来的心身痛苦.Objective To observe pingyangmycin plus dexamethasone mixture and sublingual gland cyst recurrence cavity injection treatment efficacy. Methods For the hospital from 2002 to 2012 since the sublingual gland cyst recurrence after treatment of 25 patients and cyst plus dexamethasone injection of bleomycin-treated patients mixture of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results They were followed for 6 months to 2 years, the cure rate was 96% of the total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion The pingyangmycin plus dexamethasone local injection sublingual gland cyst recurrence, the clinical Results were satisfactory, is a safe and effective treatment to relieve the patient reoperation brought psychosomatic pain.
