摘　　要：目的:观察针罐结合治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将61例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组31例以针罐结合方法治疗,对照组30例单用西药治疗,治疗15d后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率77.4%,总有效率93.5%,对照组痊愈率43.3%,总有效率80.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针罐结合治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹疗效更优。Objective： To observe the combination of acupuncture and cupping treatment of pediatric clinical efficacy of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 61 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group, 31 cases were given acupuncture combined with cupping, 30 patients of the control group were treated with modem medicine, the treatment effects were observed after 15 days. Results： The cure rate of treated group 77.4%, total efficiency was 93.5%. In the control group, the cure rate was43.3%, total efficiency was 80.0%. The treated group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and cupping treatment of children with peripheral facial nerve paralysis has better effect.
