基于“治未病”思想的脂肪肝中西医结合健康管理模式的建立

摘　　要：通过对中、西医治疗脂肪肝的现状进行分析,并探讨"治未病"与脂肪肝管理之间的联系,提出了构建以"治未病"思想为指导的脂肪肝中医管理模式的构想,其基本框架包括:①建立以西医辨病、中医辨证,体质辨识、危险因素辨识为一体的综合辨病模式,建立长期随访体系。②建立分层管理的策略和体系。③运用养生理论建立具有中医特色的健康宣教体系。④建立多途径的脂肪肝中医药特色疗法干预体系。To analysis the present situation in treating fatty liver by TCM and modern medicine, and to explore the ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ and fatty liver in the management of contact, construction of fatty liver of TCM management mode of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ theory, including the basic framework： （1）Establish disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation of TCM with modern medicine, comprehensive disease differentiation pattern constitution identification, identification of risk factors as a whole, to establish long-term follow-up system. （2）The establishment of strategy and the system stratification management. （3）To establish health education system with Chinese characteristics use health theory. （4）Fatty liver in TCM therapy intervention system in many ways.
