摘　　要：实训实践体系建设对地方高校应用型专业尤为重要，是培养应用型人才的根本途径。“国际经济贸易”实训实践体系建设一直是地方院校教育教学中的一大难题，克服传统实训实践方式的不足和缺陷，建立稳定、专业、规范的的实训基地和完整、科学合理的实践教学体系，对提高学生的实践操作能力，实现毕业生与企业的“无缝链接”具有重要的意义。同时，高效、合格的实践教学师资队伍建设是开展实训实践教学的保障。The construction of the practical training and practice system, which is the fundamental approach to cultivating applied talents, is of utmost importance to applied majors in local colleges and universities. However, the construction of such a system for ＂International Economy and Trade＂ education and teaching has long been a challenge to local institutions of higher education. To overcome the shortcomings and defects existing in the traditional practical training and practice mode, to establish stable, professional, standardized training and practice bases and to construct a complete, scientific and reasonable practice teaching system is significant for improving students＇ ability of practical operation and realizing the ＂seamless link＂ between graduates and enterprises. The cultivation of efficient and qualified teaching staffis the guarantee of conducting practical training and practice.
