摘 要:目的探讨海藻酸钠-壳聚糖包裹制备肠溶性乳糖酶胶囊的方法。方法通过单因子实验探讨海藻酸钠浓度、壳聚糖浓度和氯化钙浓度对微胶囊保护乳糖酶活性的影响,并采用响应面法对制备工艺的操作参数进行优化。结果海藻酸钠浓度为1.8667%、壳聚糖浓度为0.4319%、氯化钙浓度为0.9412%时,制备的肠溶性乳糖酶胶囊在人工模拟胃液中对乳糖酶有很好的保护作用,而且在人工模拟肠液中2 h可以完全破囊。结论海藻酸钠-壳聚糖包裹制备肠溶性乳糖酶胶囊具有很好的过胃保护作用。Objective To explore the preparation method of enteric-coated lactase capsules with sodium algi- nate-chitosan. Methods The effect of concentrations of Sodium Alginate, Chitosan and Calcium Chloride on microcap- sule in protection of Lactase activity were investigated with the single factor experiment, and the operating parameters of the preparation process was optimized by response surface method. Results When the Sodium Alginate concentration was 1. 8667% , O. 4318% of Chitosan concentration, and 0. 9416% of Calcium Chloride concentration, and the enteric- coated lactase capsules had good protection effect on Lactase in artificial simulated gastric juice, and the capsule could be completely decomposed in the artificial simulated intestinal fluid within 2 h. Conclusion The enteric-coated lactase cap- sules with sodium alginate-chitosan is effective in protection of rumen.
