摘　　要：高校历史档案是学校办学历史的真实记录,也是研究高等教育的重要资料,对高校历史档案实施数字化建设有利于其更好地保存和利用。对高校历史档案数字化方式、内容、风险防范等进行了详尽有益的阐述。The historical archives of colleges and universities, is a true portrayal of the school history, is important information for research in higher education, the implementation of digital preservation is beneficial to the better and use of historical archives in colleges and universities. This paper was effective on historical archives in colleges and universities, digital content, risk prevention.
