论乡镇公务员法律意识的培养——基于全面建成小康社会的思考

摘　　要：文章对我国乡镇公务员法律意识所蕴涵的时代价值进行了论述,阐述了乡镇公务员法律意识欠缺的现状,并在此基础上分析了其产生的原因,提出了严格执行《公务员法》及配套法规的规定,并在招考中加大对法律常识的考察力度,把好准入关、完善公务员依法行政的监督体系和奖惩制度,让权力在"阳光"下有序运行,做到奖优罚劣,在继续教育中有针对性地强化法律知识培训,将培训结果与考核制度有机结合起来,注重实效性以提高我国乡镇公务员法律意识。The cultivation of legal consciousness of township civil servants sees its time value. This thesis firstly expounds the present situation and causes of legal consciousness lacked in township civil servants. Then it discusses the emergency to implement Civil Servant Law strictly and its supporting laws and regulations, and to emphasize candidates＇ higher legal sense in the recruitment. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions. A more serious access ,better supervision and more perfect system of rewards and punishment will let power per- form orderly. In civil servants＇ continuing education, legal knowledge training also deserves more attention. Their training effort should be considered into the appraisal system, organically and efficiently, as to improve the legal consciousness of our township civil servants.
