摘　　要：网络异质性对企业创新绩效的影响引起了学者们的高度关注,但已有研究对网络异质性如何影响企业创新绩效,学者们的意见并不一致。这主要是已有研究没有考虑网络组织的另一个重要结构特征网络密度造成的。通过对104家西安高新技术企业进行问卷调查获取的数据,本文研究发现网络异质性对企业的创新绩效具有正向的影响作用,网络密度加强了网络异质性对企业创新绩效的影响。The effect of the network heterogeneity on enterprise＇s innovation performance has caused the attention of scholars. However, a conclusion from existing research can be drawn that scholars have different views on the impact of heterogeneity on enterprise＇s innovation performance. The main reason for the difference is that existing studies did not consider another important network structural feature network density. We obtain the data through a questionnaire survey from 104 Xi＇an High-tech companies. And the results show that the network heterogeneity has a positive influence on the innovation performanee of enterprises; and network density enhances the effect of the network heterogeneity on innovation performance of enterprises.
