摘　　要：大连机床厂与德国INDEX联营生产的TNA400数控车铣中心已在我国的中小型加工企业获得了良好的应用。为了使数控加工人员更好地掌握数控工艺与编程方法,通过一个包含螺纹加工、孔加工、外圆面加工、切槽与切断,掉头后还需车球面与连接圆弧的零件的数控加工,详细讲解了数控加工的工艺确定与编程方法,为数控车铣中心的安全操作提供了借鉴。TNA400 CNC milling center has good application in China＇s small and medium-sized processing enterprises, which is made in Dalian Machine Tool Plant associating with Germany INDEX. To make workers master CNC machining technology and pro- gramming principles better, an example was adopted, which processing included threaded processing, drilling, processing of conical surface and cylindrical surface, grooving and cutting off, turning sphere after U-turn, and connecting arc processing. The technology and program were explained. It provides reference for the safe operation of CNC milling center.
