“训产学研”一体化体育实验教学中心建设

摘　　要：为提升体育类专业实验室的竞争力,进一步提升体育类专业实验教学水平和质量,培养更多能够推动我国迈向体育强国的高素质体育人才。通过"大平台整合、大队伍建设、大范围服务"的建设思路,按照"主任—执行主任—实验人员"三级岗位管理模式,搭建实验课程教学平台,实施"训产学研"相互衔接的实验教学课程改革工程,形成多类型的实验项目结构,将实验教学、科学研究和社会服务相结合,建立多元化的实验教学考核方法。同时,借助规范管理、优化师资队伍、保障经费投入等保障措施,建设成"训练—教学—科研—产业"一体化的体育实验教学中心,最终实现建设国家级实验教学示范中心的目标。In order to enhance the level of sports specialty experimental teaching,and cultivate more sports talents of sports,this article focuses on improving the competitive power of sports specialty laboratory. Based on the strategic idea of 'integration in platform,integration in team,integration in service',it presents to promote three-level management mode of 'director-executive director-experimenter',to build the experimental teaching platform,and to actualize the experimental teaching reform of 'Training-Production-Learning-Research'. It is necessary to form different types of the experimental project,to combine the experimental teaching,scientific research and social service,and to establish multiple experimental test method. At the same time,with the measures of standard management,it is also necessary to optimize the teaching staff,to ensure input funds,to build the construction of'Training-Production-Learning-Research' sports experimental teaching center,and at last to fulfill the goal of national representative experimental teaching center.
