摘  要:为了培养服务于地方经济的应用型人才,在明确人才培养定位的基础上,提出了"技师式工程师"的人才培养模式。阐述了确立"技师式工程师"人才培养模式的理论依据。在分析校企合作的背景、必要性以及合作模式的基础上,采用"校企合作,共建、共管、共享"的模式建立CNC实验室;明确了实验室的功能、要求与特点。最后从学生能力培养、实践教学、社会服务与科研合作等方面给出了建设成效。该模式是一种学校与企业双赢的合作模式,受到了教育部专家及众多高校的一致认可。In order to cultivate applied talents to serve the local economy, this article presents the " Technician-type engineer" training mode based on clear positioning of personnel training, and states the theoretical basis of the technician-type engineer training mode. On the basis of background, necessity and cooperation mode between universities and enterprises jointed with the practices of our provincial experimental teaching demonstration center, CNC (Computer Numeric Control) laboratory has been constructed via the mode of co-construction, co-administration and sharing between universities and enterprises. The features, requirements and characteristics of the laboratory are presented clearly. Finally, construction achievements are provided from the aspects of ability-training of students, practice teaching, social services, and scientific research cooperation. The mode is of a win-win cooperation mode, unanimously approved by experts from the Ministry of Education and a number of colleges and universities.
