摘　　要：实验室作为高校的重要组成部分,是实验教学、科研创新、人才培养的重要基地,也是大学的核心竞争力。如何实现高校实验室的跨越式可持续发展,有效发挥实验室在培养创新人才中的重要作用,成了未来高校实验室建设的主题。现从可持续发展的角度,提出了当前高校实验室建设存在的诸多问题,并通过对实验室可持续发展的外部及内部动力机制的分析,为学生创新实践能力的培养、"十二五"高校实践教学改革和实验室建设发展模式指明了方向,整体实现高校实验室的良性发展。The laboratory is an important part of colleges and universities, is also an important base for experimental teaching, scientific research, personnel training, and the core competitiveness of a university. How to realize the university laboratory leap-forward sustainable development and how to effectively play the important role in training creative talents are the themes of the future laboratory construction in colleges and universities. The paper from the perspective of sustainable development, puts forward the existing problems in the current college laboratory construction. Through the sustainable development of laboratory of internal and external dynamic mechanism analysis, the paper points out the direction for the cultivation of studentsqnnovative practical ability, and so as to realize the benign development of university laboratory.
