高校实验室低值耗材管理模式的改革

摘　　要：实验室低值耗材管理是高校实验室管理的一个重要组成部分。针对高校实验室低值耗材管理中存在品种多、效率低和易浪费等问题,为了提高实验室低值耗材管理效率,将B/S和C/S混合三层结构的事务管理系统应用到高校实验室低值耗材管理过程。实现了低值耗材申报、采购计划生成、入库和查询等自动化管理和动态管理,降低了管理工作的劳动强度,提高了实验室低值耗材的管理效率和水平,为高校实验室低值耗材管理模式改革提供了一种新思路和新方法。The management of low-value consumables is an important part cf the laboratory management in colleges and universities. Based on the problems of many varieties, the low efficiency and waste in low-value consumables management, the B/S and C/S mixed three layers structure of the mattagement system was applied to low-value consumables management process of university laboratory in order to improve the management efficiency of low-value consumables. This system can realize automatic management and dynamic management for the low value consumables declaration, purchasing plan generation, warehousing and query. It can ;educe the management work intensity and improve the management efficiency and level of the laboratory low-value consumables. This system provided a new thinking and new method for the laboratory low-value consumables managenLent in colleges and universities.
