摘 要:为验证一种异型石材加工中心卧式工作部分的加工性能,对复杂石材制件进行了真实加工.在对石材及金刚石刀具物理特性分析的基础上,应用UG软件创建模型并编制程序,制作了该加工中心专用的后置处理器.对生成的NC代码利用VERICUT软件进行模拟仿真,同时优化切削参数,分析表面质量.通过调整刀轴姿态及刀具路径,规避程序中存在的干涉、过切、碰撞等现象.实际加工验证了程序的可靠性,工艺参数合理,制件表面质量良好、轮廓精确,刀具磨损小,在克服数控系统存在弊端的情况下,获取了较高的加工效率.In order to evaluating the horizontal part of a special-shaped stone machining center's performance, virtual machine work is operated on the complex stone products. On the basis of analysis of the physical characteristics of dia- mond cutting tools as well as stones, a model is created with UG software program, and making post processor exclu- sively used on the machining center. NC code is simulated using VERICUT software, as well as the optimization of cutting parameters and analysis of surface quality. By adjusting the attitude and paths of the tool, interference, gouge, collisions etc. are avoided effectively. Actual process tested the reliability of the program and the reasonability of the parameters. Good quality of parts' surfaces ,precise outline and slight tool wear are also achieved. With the overcome of the drawbacks of CNC system case, higher efficiency is attained as well.
