摘　　要："美丽中国"是人与自然和谐相处更高一层的人文化表述,是科学发展的必然途径与成果体现,其实质是最终把经济、政治、文化和社会建设构架在生态文明、环境美好之上,实现中华民族永续发展。"美丽中国"体现整个民族对自身发展进一步提出科学诉求,对未来发展道路进一步规划的美好愿景。本文从"美丽中国"与自然环境关系的角度论述"美丽中国"所孕育的环境内涵及美丽中国建设对当前现实环境的新要求,提出自然环境是美丽中国建设的基础,解决环境问题是建设美丽中国的重点和难点,并根据现实问题提出具体举措。＂ Beautiful China＂ is a humanity expression for harmonizing the relationship between human and nature, which is also an inevitable way and achievement of scientific development. Its essence is to put the construction of economy, politics, cul- ture and society on the foundation of ecological civilization and beautiful environment, and to realize sustainable development. ＂Beautiful China＂ reflects that the demand of the whole nation to further scientific development. From the point of view on the re- lationship of ＂beautiful China＂ and natural environment, this paper discusses the environment meanings in terms of ＂beautiful China＂ and the new requirement made by the construction of beautiful China in face of the present environment. This article states that natural environment is the foundation of the beautiful China construction, and resolving environment problems is both the key and difficulty of beautiful China construction. Some measures were put forward on the basis of the oractical environment nroblems.
