肢体缺血再灌注致肠损伤及丹参的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :通过动物实验观察丹参对肢体缺血再灌注所致肠损伤的保护作用。方法 :80只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组 ,缺血 3h和缺血 3h用丹参 3个组。实验组于缺血再灌注 1,2 ,3和 2 4h取材光镜对比观察和组织学评估。结果 :肢体缺血和再灌注后 ,实验组肠粘膜固有层毛细血管扩张、充血、大量多核白细胞浸润。大肠和小肠粘膜厚度和隐窝深度明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,小肠绒毛高度相对增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,隐窝细胞有变性坏死 ,用丹参组的病变明显轻于未用丹参组。结论Objective:An experimental study to observe protective effect of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza(RSM) on control injury after lower limb ischemic reperfusion.Methods :Eighty rats were divided into control group,ischemia 3 hours group and ischemia 3 hours group treated with RSM.The histological assessment of the bowel were undertaken at 0,1,2,3and 24 hours after reperfusion.Results:It was polymorphonuclear neutrophil(PMN) within the lamina propria was observed in experimental groups at the different times.The bowel showed a significant decreased in mucosal thinknesss and crypt depth,and a significant increased in villus height of small bowel compared with controls.Degeneration and necrosis of crypt cell were found in all experimental groups.There was a significant lessening of the injury in the group treated with RSM.Conclusions:These date suggest that RSM can alleviat the intestinal injury after lower limb ischemic reperfusion.
