摘　　要：目的　研究恶性肿瘤患者外周血自然杀伤 (NK)细胞活性及其临床意义。方法　采用LDH释放法对 43名健康成年人及 2 6 7例肿瘤患者进行了外周血NK细胞活性测定。结果　恶性肿瘤患者NK细胞活性显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。伴转移患者NK细胞活性降低更明显 ,与不伴转移者相比 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 0 5 )。化疗及放疗后NK细胞活性显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而IL 2治疗后NK细胞活性显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,但低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　NK细胞活性显著降低与恶性肿瘤发生、发展及转移相关 ,监测NK细胞活性有助于评价肿瘤患者治疗过程中的免疫功能。Objective To study on the clinical significance of NK cell activity in peripheral blood of cancer patients.Methods 267 cancer patients and 43 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.NK cell activity in peripheral blood was determined by a released LDH assay.Results NK cell activity in peripheral blood of cancer patients were significantly lower than those of healthy control(P<0.001).patients with metastasis had even lower values than those without(P<0.0005).NK cell activity was remarkably reduced after chemotherapy and radiotherapy(P<0.01),but significantly enhanced after treated with IL 2.Conclusions It is suggested that remarkably depressed NK cell activity is intensively related with the genesis,development and metastasis of cancer.Monitoring NK cell activity in peripheral blood may be useful for estimating the immune function of cancer patients during treatment.
