摘　　要：目的：探讨枕大池蛛网膜囊肿的正确诊断与显微手术治疗。方法：对１０例枕大池蛛网膜囊肿的临床表现、ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ检查及术中所见进行分析。结果：１０例经手术和病理检查证实为枕大池蛛网膜囊肿，无１例手术死亡，术后临床症状消失或明显好转，ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ复查囊肿明显缩小。结论：枕大池蛛网膜囊肿的正确诊断依赖于临床表现、ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ检查，注意与巨型枕大池的鉴别诊断，显微手术切除效果较好。Objective: To discuss the corrective diagnosis and microsurgical operation of cysts of Mega cisterna magna. Methods:We analysed clinical characteristics,CT and MRI scans operative observations of 10 cases of cysts of Mega cisterna magna. Results: Diagnoses of 10 patients were confirmed by operations, and pathological studies. No patient died of operations,The clinical symptoms of all the patients obviously improved after operations , CT or MRI scans showed significantly reduced cysts. Conclusion: Corrective diagnosis of Mega cisternal cysts depends on clinical characteristics and radiologic findings. The differential diagnosis includes mainly great Mega cisterna. The microsurgical removal of cysts may have better outcome.
