摘　　要：目的 :探讨高转移性人肺巨细胞癌 PG细胞系体外粘附实验筛选抗肿瘤转移活性肽的基本条件。方法 :MTT微量酶反应比色法。结果 :5μg/well基底膜成分与 PG细胞共育 1小时的细胞粘附率已接近峰值。结论 :1 0 0μg/ml的 RGD、YIGSR肽与细胞作用 48小时可对抗PG细胞对基底膜成分的粘附作用。Objective:To study the basic condition of anti-tumor metastatic active peptide through adhesive experiment of highly metastatic human lung great cellular cancerous PG cell in vitro.Methods:Use the spectrophotometic method of MTT microenzyme reaction Results:The results indicated that cellular adhesive rate approached the peak value when 5 μg/ml basement membrane components incubating with PG cell for 1 hour.Conclusion:100μg/ml RGD、YIGSR could inhibit adhesion of PG cell incubating with basement membrane components for 48 hour.
