胎盘原位滋养细胞肿瘤与绒癌的对比观察

摘　　要：目的 :了解胎盘原位滋养细胞肿瘤 (PSTT)的临床病变特点及鉴别诊断要点。方法 :对 3例 PSTT进行光镜、电镜及免疫组化研究 ,同时对比观察 1 0例绒癌。结果 :PSTT的瘤细胞主要是中间型滋养细胞 ,而绒癌显示的是细胞滋养细胞和合体滋养细胞混合而成。结论 :PSTT具有独特的光镜、电镜、免疫组化的特点 ,可与绒癌鉴别。Objective:To study the clinicopathologic features and differential diagnosis of placental site trophoblastic tumor(PSTT).Methods:3 PSTT cases were studied and compared with 10 choriocarinoma cases by clinic light and electron microscope examination and immunohistochemical staining.Results:PSTT is composed of only one kind of intermediate type troghoblast cells,but choriocarcinoma is composed of sytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast.Conclusion:PSTT has unique light and electron microscope and immunohistochemical features which can differ from choriocarcinoma.
