创业者和创业组织的能力契合度研究

摘　　要：首先识别了创业者能力与创业组织能力两个管理概念,并开发了机会识别能力、战略能力、管理能力、关系能力和学习能力五个子能力,用于比较创业者能力和创业组织能力。基于二者的比较,开发了创业者与创业组织之间的能力契合度概念,并提出了能力契合度以创业者能力和创业组织能力为中介变量作用于创业绩效的理论框架。通过结构方程模型分析,得到了如下结论:创业者与创业组织的能力契合度对于创业者能力和创业组织能力都有显著的正向影响;创业组织能力对创业绩效具有显著正向影响;创业者能力对创业绩效的影响却不显著。This paper identifies two concepts： entrepreneur＇s capability and capability of entrepreneurial organiza-tion. Based upon the comparison between those two concepts, the capability fit between entrepreneur and entrepre-neurial organization has been developed. This paper argues that the capability fit has important influence on entre- preneurial performance by the mediate mechanism of the entrepreneur＇s capability and the capability of entrepre- neurial organization. 406 copies of effective questionnaire have given data as the major source of data analysis Through conducting Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, credibility and effectiveness of related concepts have been confirmed. According to the analysis of Structural Equation Model, conclusions are： the capability fit between entrepreneur and entrepreneurial organization has positive influence on the improvement of entrepreneur＇s capability and the capability of entrepreneurial organization, capability of entrepreneurial organiza-tion has remarkably positive influence on entrepreneurial performance, while entrepreneur＇s capability does not have obvious direct impact on entrepreneurial performance.
