摘 要:经费和人员投入从两个侧面反映了企业的创新努力程度,但是创新效果并不是二者单方面作用的结果,而是由它们匹配协同决定的。以974家上市公司为样本,对比分析了自主研发投入与协同驱动力对企业创新绩效的影响,并围绕制度环境的调节作用进行了实证检验。结果表明:(1)虽然研发经费、人员投入各自对企业创新绩效的影响显著,但由于没能有效地匹配协同,从而导致了二者的协同驱动力对企业创新绩效的解释力下降;(2)虽然制度环境分别对研发经费、人员投入与创新绩效起到了显著的调节作用,但在协同驱动力与创新绩效之间没能发挥出事半功倍的调节效果。最后,根据实证分析结果提出了相关的政策建议。Funding and personnel investments in R&D both reflects the enterprise's innovation effort. However, the innovation achievement is determined by their synthetic action, but not by any single action from them. Taking 974 listed companies as samples, we analyze comparatively the influence of independent R&D input and synergis-tic driving-force on the enterprise innovation performance, and make an empirical test about the moderating role of institutional environment. The major results are shown as follows. (1) Funding and personnel investment in R&D have significant effects separately on innovation performance, and they don't match together effectively. So the effects of their synergistic driving-forces on innovation performance is weak. (2) Although institutional environ-ment plays a significant role in regulation between funding, personnel investment of R&D and innovation perfor-mance, there is no effect between synergistic driving-force and innovation performance. Finally, according to empir- ical analysis, we put forward related policy suggestions.
