摘　　要：[目的]分析浙江省肿瘤登记地区2000~2009年胃癌发病与死亡的流行状况。[方法]2000~2009年胃癌发病与死亡数据来源于浙江省6个肿瘤登记地区,分析性别、年龄别胃癌发病死亡率。人口标化率采用全国1982年标准人口构成结构和Segi’s世界标准人口结构。[结果]2000~2009年浙江省肿瘤登记地区胃癌发病率为30.88/10万。发病率从2000年的23.02/10万升高至2009年的38.54/10万,年度变化百分比（APC）为4.39%（95%CI：1.92~6.91）。2000~2009年浙江省肿瘤登记地区胃癌死亡率为22.81/10万,死亡率呈现小幅度上升趋势,APC=4.95%（95%CI：2.76~7.19）。胃癌发病与死亡在55岁之后呈现明显增长趋势,发病在75~79岁组达到高峰,死亡在80~84岁组达到高峰。[结论]应加强防癌知识宣传,建议将40岁以上人群作为浙江省开展胃癌早诊早治的重点对象。[Purpose] To investigate the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in cancer registries of Zhejiang province during 2000 to 2009. [Methods] The data of gastric cancer new cases and death cases were collected from six cancer registries in Zhejiang province. Incidence,age-specific incidence,age-standardized incidence and proportions were analyzed. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi＇s population were used for age-standardized incidence. [Results] The incidence of gastric cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas was 30.88/105during 2000 to 2009.The incidence was 23.02/105in 2000,which increased to 38.54/105in 2009 with the annual percent change（APC） of 4.39%（95% confidence interval：1.92~6.91）. The mortality of gastric cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas was 22.81/105during 2000 to 2009. The mortality of gastric cancer showed rising trend with a slight fluctuation during 2000 to 2009,the APC was 4.95%（95%CI：2.76~7.19）. The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer showed significant rising trend after55 years old group. The incidence peaked at the 75~79 age group,while the mortality peaked at age group of over 80 years old.[Conclusion] The cancer prevention education should be strengthened. We recommend that people over the age of 40 in Zhejiang province is the focus of early diagnosis and treatment for gastric cancer.
