利胆和络汤结合常规疗法治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察利胆和络汤治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)的临床疗效。方法将65例PBC患者随机分为两组;对照组32例给予熊去氧胆酸胶囊和复方甘草酸苷片治疗,治疗组33例在对照组基础上结合利胆和络汤治疗,疗程1个月。结果对照组总有效率为62.50%,治疗组为87.88%(P<0.01);治疗后两组肝功能γ-GGT、ALP、TBIL、AST和ALT均有不同程度降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利胆和络汤可提高PBC临床疗效,改善肝功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Lidan Heluo Decoction＂ in treating primary biliary cirrhosis （PBC）. Methods Sixty-five PBC patients were randomized into two groups： control group in which 32 cases were treated by Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules and Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets, and treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by ＂Lidan Heluo Decoction＂ additionally, with the course of one month. Results The total effective rate was 62.50% in the control group and 87.88% in the treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; after treatment, the levels of ~/-GGT, ALP, TBIL, AST and ALT were decreased in both two groups （ P 〈 O. 05, P 〈 O. 01 ） , and the levels in treatment group were lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ＂Lidan Heluo Decoction＂ can improve the clinical efficacy and liver function in PBC patients.
