摘  要:目的观察血塞通片联合光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将153例(265只眼)糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为对照组(76例,132只眼)和观察组(77例,133只眼)。两组均采用激光光凝术治疗,观察组同时加服血塞通片。两组疗程均为1个月,观察视力、眼底以及视网膜中央血管动脉参数变化情况。结果观察组视力及眼底总有效率分别为95.5%、94.0%,对照组分别为84.1%、83.3%,观察组视力疗效和眼底疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,观察组视网膜中央血管动脉收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、搏动指数均有明显改善(P<0.05),对照组各指标治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通片联合光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of " Xuesaitong Tablets" and photocoagulation for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods One hundred and fifty-three cases (265 eyes) were randomized into control group (76 cases, 132 eyes) and observation group (77 cases, 133 eyes). The two groups were treated by laser photocoagulation, and observation group was treated with "Xuesaitong Tablets" additionally, with the course of 1 month. The vision, eye ground and parameters of central retinal arteries were observed. Results The effective rates of vision and eye ground were 95.5% and 94.0% respectively in observation group, and were 84.1% and 83.3 in control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the PSV, EDV and PI of central retinal arteries in observation group were improved markedly ( P 〈 0.05 ), no significant difference was found in all indicators in control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; after treatment, there were significant differences in PSV and EDV between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Combined " Xuesaitong Tablets" and photocoa lation has certain effects on diabetic retinopathy, and it deserves to be popularized in clinics.
