摘  要:本试验旨在研究冰鲜野杂鱼和商品饲料对大菱鲆生长、脂质代谢及抗氧化功能的影响。选用450尾初均重为(111.4±5.6)g的大菱鲆,随机分成3个组,每组设3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼,分别投喂冰鲜野杂鱼、低脂商品饲料和高脂商品饲料,养殖110 d。结果表明:冰鲜野杂鱼可显著提高大菱鲆的末均重、增重率、特定生长率以及饲料系数(P<0.05),而其蛋白质效率则远低于低脂商品饲料和高脂商品饲料(P<0.05)。低脂商品饲料组的肝体指数、脏体指数和肥满度显著低于冰鲜野杂鱼组和高脂商品饲料组(P<0.05)。低脂商品饲料组的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量以及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性均低于高脂商品饲料组(P<0.05)和冰鲜野杂鱼组(总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量以及谷丙转氨酶活性,P>0.05;谷草转氨酶活性,P<0.05),而其血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量则高于高脂商品饲料组(P<0.05)和冰鲜野杂鱼组(P>0.05)。冰鲜野杂鱼组和高脂商品饲料组肝脏的脂蛋白脂酶活性显著高于低脂商品饲料组(P<0.05),但苹果酸脱氢酶活性则显著低于低脂商品饲料组(P<0.05);低脂商品饲料组肝脏的肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶-Ⅱ和脂肪酸合成酶活性显著高于高脂商品饲料组(P<0.05),而冰鲜野杂鱼组与低脂商品饲料组、冰鲜野杂鱼组与高脂商品饲料组均差异不显著(P>0.05);低脂商品饲料组肝脏的总抗氧化能力以及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著高于冰鲜野杂鱼组和高脂商品饲料组(P<0.05),而丙二醛含量则显著低于冰鲜野杂鱼组和高脂商品饲料组(P<0.05)。综上,相对于2种商品饲料,投喂冰鲜野杂鱼可提高大菱鲆的生长性能,但其饲料效率却远低于商品饲料;冰鲜野杂鱼和高脂商品饲料使大菱鲆的肝体指数、脏体指数增大,血清转氨酶活性及血脂含量升高,肝脏脂肪分解酶活性升高,脂肪酸合成酶活性降低,肝脏抗氧化能力This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fresh frozen trash fish (TF) and commercial feeds on growth,lipid metabolism and antioxidant function of turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.).A total of 450 turbot with an initial average body weight of (111.4 ± 5.6) g were randomly divided into 3 groups (3 replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate),which were fed TF,low-fat commercial feed (LCF) and highfat commercial feed (HCF),respectively.After 110 d feeding,the results showed that TF significantly improved the final average body weight,weight growth rate,specific growth rate and feed conversion rate of turbot,but the protein efficiency rate of TF group was significantly lower than that of LCF and HCF groups (P 〉0.05).The hepato-somatic index,viscero-somatic index and condition factor of LCF group were significantly lower than those of TF and HCF groups (P 〈 0.05).The contents of total cholesterol and triglycerides,and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum of LCF group were lower than those of HCF (P 〈 0.05) and TF groups (the contents of total cholesterol and triglycerides,and alanine aminotransferase activity,P 〉 0.05 ; aspartate aminotransferase activity,P 〈 0.05),but the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content of LCF group was higher than that of HCF (P 〈 0.05) and TF groups (P 〉 0.05).The hepatopancreas lipoprotein lipase activity of TF and HCF groups was significantly higher than that of LCF group (P 〈 0.05),but the malate dehydrogenase activity of TF and HCF grups was significantly lower than that of LCF group (P 〈 0.05) ; the carnitine palmitoyl transferase-Ⅱ and fatty acid synthesis activities in hepatopancreas of LCF group were significantly higher than those of HCF group (P 〈 0.05),but the difference between TF group and LCF group,and between TF group and HCF group was not significant (P 〉 0.05) ; the total antioxidant capability,and the activities of supero
