摘　　要：目的评价绷带式角膜接触镜在药物毒性角膜病变中的临床应用效果。方法将我院门诊诊断药源性角膜病变患者采用区组随机方法分为两组。治疗组27例(27只眼)采用连续配戴绷带式角膜接触镜联合应用不含防腐剂的人工泪液、表皮生长因子,口服维生素B2和维生素C治疗。对照组25例(25只眼)仅应用同治疗组相同的药物治疗。两组治疗45 d后评价疗效。结果治疗组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绷带式角膜接触镜可以显著减少角膜刺激症状及促进角膜上皮愈合,明显提高药物毒性角膜病变的治愈率。Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of bandage contact lens on severe drug toxic keratopathy. Methods The patients with drug toxic keratopathy were divided into two groups at random. Trial group （ n = 27, 27 eyes） were treated with wearing bandage contact lens combined with artificial tears without preservative and epidermal growth factor, in addition to oral vitamin B2 and C. Control group （ n = 25, 25 eyes） were treated only with the same drugs. The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated after treatment for 45 days. Results The cure rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The bandage contact lens signifieantly can relieve the irritative symptoms, promote the healing of corneal epithelia and improve the cure rate of drug toxic keratopathy.
