摘 要:目的:研究工作心理控制源中文译本的信度和效度。方法:应用工作心理控制源量表、职业紧张指标OSI-2等测量工具对235名管理人员进行研究。结果:工作心理控制源包括努力和机遇两个因子,其子量表平均项目-总分相关系数较高(r>0.60),且均有显著性意义(P<0.001),内部一致性系数在可接受水平以上。外控性者比内控性者报告有更多的紧张因素,感觉工作自主性和对工作的控制更少,对工作更不满意,心理卫生状况不良和自尊感较低。WLCS及其子量表与工作环境中很多紧张因素、紧张结局变量显著相关。工作心理控制原对紧张因素-紧张结局关系有直接或/和修饰作用,努力子因子的作用更强。结论:工作心理控制源中文译本有较高的信度和效度。Objective: To study the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Work Locus of Control Scale(WLCS). Methods: 235 managers were investigated by using WLCS, Occupational Stress Indicator (OSI-2) and other organizational variables measures. Results: The WLCS consists of two factors(effort and luck), the average item - total correlation coefficients of subsacles are above 0.60(P < 0.001), Cronbach's coefficients of the effort and luck subsacles is respectively,0.71, 0.82, and total scale 0.67. These are significant correlation between WLCS and its' subscales and many stressors and strains. Externals repored more sources of shes than internals, perceived less autonomy and control for job, they were more dissatisfied with his job, had less mental health and self-esteem than internals. The locus of control has direct and moderating effect on stressor-strain relationships, especially effort subscale stronger. Conclusion: The results indicated the reliablity and validity of Chinese version of WLCS are reasonably high.
