临床医学中人文精神再激活的机制——兼论知情同意实现中医学人文精神的困境及其突围

摘　　要：作为实践,临床医学原本就是医学人文与医学科学(技术)的有机统一体。在现实中,医学人文精神的沉寂既是临床实践严重扭曲的产物,也是临床实践内伤累累的缘由。追问临床实践中医学人文精神沉寂的原因,探寻其再激活的机制,无疑是我国当代公立医院临床医学健康发展的重大课题。长期观察与个案研究揭示出医学人文精神再激活机制:促醒—治本—保健。在临床医学中,知情同意的实践几乎成为我国医学人文精神的现实文本。对知情同意实现的困境及其突围对策进行解读,可以深化关于临床实践中医学人文精神再激励机制的认识,并具有举一反三的价值。As practice, clinical medicine is originally the unity of medical humanity and medical science. In the reality, the silence of the spirit of the medical humanity is not only the result of serious distorted clinical practice, but also the reason of the scarred clinical practice. That questioning closely the reasons for the silence of medical humanity in clinical practice and exploring it＇s reactivating mechanism is undoubtedly the significant task of healthy development of clinical medical of state-own hospitals. The long term observation and case study reveal the reactivating mechanism of the spirit of medical humanity as follow： to promote awakening--to effect a permanent cure--to care health. In the clinical practice, the implementation of informed consent is nearly the real version of Chinese medical humanity spirit. To unscramble the plight and measures of informed consent can deepen the cognition of reactivating mechanism of medical humanity spirit about clinical medical science, and can provide the value of drawing inferences about other cases from one instance.
