摘　　要：工学结合人才培养模式是我国高职院校教育教学改革的重要方向。培养模式的复杂化、多样化,对贯穿人才培养全过程的学籍管理工作带来了巨大的挑战。学籍管理必须进行改革与创新,从而适应工学结合人才培养模式的需要,促进和引领创新型人才培养。Work-study talent training model is an important direction of higher vocational college education reform. Training model of the complex, diverse, has brought great challenges to the whole process of school personnel training school management. School management must carry out reform and innovation to adapt to the needs of work-study talent training model,and to promote and lead the innovative talents.
