摘  要:学生就业缺乏竞争力反映出学生在大学阶段缺乏对自身发展的正确定位、缺乏对综合技能的掌握等问题。从学生自身发展需求及身心发展规律的角度来看,新生阶段是开展学涯规划教育的好时机。有效利用宿舍文化的同化、约束、自律、凝聚作用,在宿舍文化建设中渗透学涯规划的思想,指导学生挖掘自我、了解专业,并配以系统的课程辅导,帮助学生树立学涯目标,从中探索新生学涯规划教育的新模式,形成易于学生接受的教育方式。Students' employment lack of competitive reflects the lack of correct positioning of their own development in the university level, the lack of comprehensive mastery of skills and other issues. From the student's own development needs and physical and mental development perspective, freshmen is a good time to carry out school career planning education. Effective use of dormitory culture assimilation, constraints, self-discipline, cohesion, cultural construction in the quarters permeate school career planning ideas, guiding students to dig themselves and understand professional, and with a system of curriculum counseling to help students to establish a science career goal, which explore freshman school career planning new educational model, the formation of educational ways students easy to accept.
