摘　　要：迅猛发展的科学技术、瞬息万变的网络信息、个性张扬的新"90"后大学生群体,赋予了高校辅导员工作以新的要求和新的挑战。为了更好地迎接新挑战,高校辅导员要与时俱进,跟上时代的步伐;关注"90后"大学生群体的共性与特质;创新教育与管理方法,因材施教。With the rapid development of science and technology, varying network information from minute to minute, and college students＇ post-90s extending individuality and showing personality, college counselors are given new demands and challenges. In order to better meet the new challenges, college counselors have to change to keep pace with the times; Give much attention to the new ＂90s＂ students commonness and characteristics; Bring new ideas in education and innovate management methods, and teach students in accordance of their aptitude.
