摘　　要：辅导员在从事的学生思想政治教育和学生事务管理扮演的角色各种各样,不同学生类型的学生对辅导员的角色期望也千变万化,存在差异。本文主要从实证方面调查入手,对高职高专院校学生对辅导员角色期望进行问卷调查,了解不同年级、不同专业、不同性别、不同生源地大学生分别对辅导员角色期望的差异,并分析他们对辅导员角色期望的差异的原因。Counselor plays variety of roles for students engaged in ideological and political education and student affairs management, different types of students for student counselors are also changing role expectations, there are differences. In this paper, starting from the empirical investigation of the role of vocational college students＇ expectations of counselors conduct a survey to understand the different grades, different professions, different genders, different students to college counselor role expectations were for the differences, and analyzes their counselor role expectations reasons for the differences.
