产业集群集聚效应、创业自我效能和创业意向关系的实证研究

摘　　要：本文从创业资源和创业环境的视角提出了集聚效应、创业自我效能和创业意向关系的理论模型和研究假设。选取我国3家产业集群的452位创业者为研究对象,对研究假设进行实证检验。结果表明:集聚效应对创业自我效能具有显著的正向影响;创业自我效能对创业意向具有显著的正向影响;集聚效应通过创业自我效能的部分中介作用对创业意向具有显著的正向影响。Based on the research literatures, this paper puts forward a theoretical model and its hypotheses of the relationships among agglomeration effect, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of entrepreneurial resources and en- vironment. 452 entrepreneurs of industrial clusters are chosen as research samples, and the empirical data is used to verify the hypothe- ses. The empirical results showed that agglomeration effect has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial self-effica- cy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Agglomeration effect has both direct and indirect effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between agglomeration effect and entrepreneurial intention. The conclusions of this paper not only enrich industrial clusters theory and entrepreneurship theory, but also provide theory guidance for industrial clusters and entrepreneurs.
