摘  要:目的:观察手术损伤对牙胚生长发育的影响。方法:选用12只幼犬的48颗尖牙胚随机分为6组。对照组:对牙胚不进行损伤;实验组1:仅暴露牙胚;实验2、3、4组:暴露牙胚后分别给予3、6、9 kg/25 mm2挤压力;实验组5在开窗后刮除暴露的牙囊。8周后处死动物,观察受试牙齿生长发育情况;测量其冠根长度,计算冠根长度均数和HE染色镜检。结果:对照组与实验1、2组均无明显异常,测量指标差异无显著性(P>0.05);实验3、4、5组冠根长度较对照组短(P<0.05);实验组4与实验组5分别有2例和3例牙髓坏死,牙体呈灰褐色。结论:显露牙囊和轻度挤压不会对其发育造成明显影响,但当损伤超过一定限度,损伤是不可逆的。Objective:To observe the effects of surgical trauma on the development of teeth germs.Methods:48 canine germs of 12 dogs aged 8-12 weeks were divided into 6 groups randomly.The teeth germs in control group were not treated.those in group 1 were only exposed,in group 2,3,4 were given 3 kg/25 mm2,6 kg/25 mm2 and 9 kg/25 mm2 pressure respectively after bone removal.8 weeks later,the dogs were killed and the teeth were extracted,observed,measured and histologically examined.Results:There was no significant difference about teeth form and measurement items between control group and experimental group 1 or group 2 (P > 0.05) ;the roots in the experimental group 3,4 and 5 were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The pulp of 2 teeth in group 4 and that of 3 teeth in group 5 was necrotic and the teeth were grey.Conclusion:Exposing dental sac and light pressure can not affect the development of tooth germs.But,heavy pressure may result in irreversal damage and impair the development of the germs.
