摘 要:目的:探讨一种上颌黏膜组织的三维重建方法。方法:应用螺旋CT对1例志愿者头颈部扫描,通过Mimics 10.0软件处理Dicom格式数据三维重建上颌骨模型,转换成STL格式上颌骨文件;应用Dental wings 3D扫描志愿者上颌石膏模型生成STL格式模型文件;通过Geomagic Studio 12.0软件对两者配准构建三维上颌软硬组织复合模型;应用Mimics 10.0软件进行布尔运算作差,生成完整的上颌黏膜组织三维模型。结果:重建的上颌黏膜组织三维模型在Mimics软件下可从任意角度观察形貌、提供所需部位的二维、三维数据。结论:应用螺旋CT结合印模激光扫描技术可以建立上颌黏膜组织的三维模型,并能够实现上颌咀嚼黏膜任意部位的厚度测量。Objective:To explore an effective method for the establishment of three dimensional (3D) model of human maxillary mucosa.Methods:Maxillofacial area of a normal female was scanned by Dual Source CT.The Dicom format images were imported into Mimics 10.0 software for the reconstruction of 3D maxillary model (STL format).Laser-scanned dental model of the volunter was collected by Dental wings 3D scanner and was converted into STL format.Registration process of the preceding 2 STL format images was done based on global data by Geomagic Studio 12.0 software.After registration,the 2 STL format images were imported into Mimics 10.0 software for the Boolean operation(subtracting).Results:Integrate 3D model of human maxillary mucosa was established.The morphology of the model can be observed under the Mimics software from any angle,providing the required data of the 2D and 3D locations.Conclusion:CT in combination with laser scanning can establish 3D model of human maxillary mucosa and be considered an alternative method for measurement of human masticatory mucosa.
