摘　　要：目的:研究EZH2和P57Kip2在舌鳞癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化Envision法检测61例舌鳞癌、10例非肿瘤舌黏膜中EZH2和P57Kip2的表达,分析其与临床病理学参数的关系。结果:EZH2和P57Kip2在舌鳞癌中的表达阳性率分别为77.0%和27.9%,在非肿瘤舌黏膜中的阳性率分别为20%和100%。EZH2、P57Kip2与舌鳞癌的病理学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。在舌癌中,EZH2与P57Kip2表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:EZH2和P57Kip2在舌鳞癌的发生及发展中以相反机制发挥重要作用。Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of EZH2 and P57Kip2 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma （TSCC）.Methods：The expression of EZH2 and P57Kip2 in 61 cases of TSCCs and 10 cases of non-cancerous mucosa of tongue（control） was measured by immunohistochemistry Envision method.The relationship between the expression of clinicopathological parameters and EZH2 or P57Kip2 was analyzed.Results：The positive expression rates of EZH2 and P57Kip2 in TSCCs were 77.0％ and 27.9％,in the controls were 20％ and 100％,respectively.The expression of EZH2 and P57Kip2 was correlated to TSCCs pathological grades,clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis（P ＜ 0.05）.In TSCC group,there was negative correlation between the expression of EZH2 and P57Kip2 （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion：EZH2 and P57Kip2 protein may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of TSCC in a contrary manner.
